Q：Is Business Matching chargeable?

Business matching is an integrated feature of the T+ platform, provided at no extra cost.

Q：What data is collected when I join?

We only collect voluntarily provided corporate details (e.g., profile, product categories, contact info) and records of your consent to the Terms & Conditions. All data handling strictly complies with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy on the T+ Platform.

Q：What happens to my data after account termination?

Upon termination, submitted content will be removed, and “Basic” or “Verified” badges will be permanently deactivated. Minimal records may be temporarily retained solely for legal, security, or accounting compliance.

Q：Do you monitor or review our messages?

No. Conversations remain private. We only intervene if reported by users, flagged by automated security controls for policy violations (e.g., fraud or abuse), or required by law to protect platform safety.

Q：I searched for a company but cannot find it. Why?

There are a few possible reasons:

  1. The company may not have registered yet;
  2. The company has opted out of listings; or
  3. The company may be using different registered business names.
